Alan Yeaton, Architect, is a former owner of a construction company; his understanding of how structures are constructed, planned and produced is well practiced. This understanding is essential to a successful project completion.
Our Services Include:
Pre-Design and Project Management services of budgeting, program development, research including local agency reviews and existing facility surveys, consultant and trade sourcing, prepare contract agreements, production coordinating and scheduling for your project.
Land Planning and Site Analysis of land site selection, environmental and utilization studies, and utility surveys, including Civil engineering and zoning assistance.
Schematic Design for Architectural, Landscape and Interior Design, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
Design Development during Architectural, Engineering and Construction phases, including technical specifications and material modifications.
Bidding and Negotiations of contracts and addendums, jobsite visits, proposals and alternative analysis, and building permit approval.
Construction Contract Administration and Management services such as project consultant and trade contracts, architectural drawings and specifications and shop drawing reviews. Construction observation, cost accounting and plausible cost analysis reviews, sketches and request for information issues, project close out and post construction evaluations.
Other AAG services include Architectural color rendering, contract drawings, Interior Design services, Landscape Architecture, Record Archive Drawings and additional Start up consultation.
